A graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Islamic University of Indonesia and a Master of Science (MSc) from the University of Indonesia (UI).
Before becoming the Director of MHL, he had over 14 years of experience in the plantation industry, having joined PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk.
He is known as a practitioner in the plantation industry with a deep expertise in zero waste management, processing, and utilizing by-products in the palm oil industry to create valuable products such as solid organic fertilizers and solid bio-fertilizers.
A graduate in Agronomy who furthered his studies at The National Institute for Biotechnology & Genetic Engineering, Atomic Energy of Pakistan.
He has over 37 years of experience at the Center for Application of Isotopes and Radiation, National Nuclear Energy Agency.
He also spent 2 years with the National Research and Innovation Agency. He has also applied his expertise at Greenland Agrotech Indonesia and Greenlife Bioscientific.
She earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Agrotechnology with Magna Cum Laude honors from the University of North Sumatra. She specialized in case studies on Soil Science, Environmental Biology, and Conservation.
She applied her expertise by serving as a Laboratory Assistant in the fields of Soil Biology and Agricultural Biotechnology at the University of North Sumatra.
As a practitioner in Engineering, particularly Chemical Engineering, and a graduate of Diponegoro University, He has over 4 years of experience in the same field, including data analysis for a palm oil plantation company.
He previously held positions as a Management Trainee, Head of the PPC Division, and Operation Data Analyst at PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk, a plantation company under the Astra Group.
